sb basicly makes it so that monsters that try to cast spells on you get interrupted. they can still do their physical attack on you though.

As for taking it into UW. If you plan on doing 2 man farming with an SS necro its highly reccomended.

Any enemy spell cast on you fails. Unlike Obsidian Flame that prevents them from even trying to cast, Spellbreaker allows them to spend the time and energy casting the spell. This however does not mean you are immune to spells, as you can still be hit by any AoE spell that targetted someone nearby you.

As for UW, the first mobs you face will cause an enemy called Dying Nightmare to pop up. It casts Rend Enchantments as it's first move. Most of the time, the target will have enough enchants on to have the backlash kill the Nightmare, but it also removes all your enchantments. With no protective enchantments, the aatxes (which are the first groups) will do 200+ damage per hit normally

if you wanna see some difference, stick it on yourself, and run into a place where people cast spells on you. all around you should be the telltale clicking of skill interupptions
